If your screen is clean, yes. The included alignment guide locks the film into the right position so there's no eyeballing — you peel, lay, and press from the centre out.
Small bubbles (under 1mm) usually disappear within 24 hours as the film settles. Larger bubbles mean dust got under the film — peel one corner up, lift the dust with the included sticker, and re-press.
Each film is engineered for a single install. Removing and reapplying compromises the optical alignment to the underlying lens layer.
Remove it first. EyeFly3D needs to sit directly on the iPhone glass for the optics to align — adding it on top of an existing protector breaks the geometry.
Yes. The film is one half — the app is the other. Without the app, your phone shows normal 2D content as before. The app is free on the App Store.
Currently the app is free and it covers most everyday needs: convert any photo or video, and for viewing.
In private beta. The optical-grating pipeline needed a rewrite for Android's screen ecosystem — we don't ship until it's good. Email us to join the beta.
Yes. All photo and video conversion runs on-device. You only need an internet connection to share content out or to update the app.
Currently iPhone 14 series through iPhone 17 series, including all Pro and Plus variants. Earlier models (iPhone 13 and older) are out of regular production but available on request while stocks last.
Yes. The film is precision-cut to leave Face ID, the Dynamic Island, and front cameras unobstructed.
No — EyeFly3D is a front-screen film only. MagSafe, Qi charging, and rear-camera function are completely unaffected.
Not at this time — EyeFly3D currently ships for iPhone only. The optics are calibrated for the iPhone screen at handheld viewing distance, so iPad and Mac aren't on the production roadmap.

Most destinations: no — we ship under standard low-value thresholds. Larger bundle orders into the EU/UK may attract local VAT on delivery. We don't pre-collect customs.
Yes. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.
Express shipping is available at checkout on most routes (1–3 days within Asia-Pacific, 2–5 days elsewhere). The cost is shown live before you confirm.
Yes — one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The full text is on the Warranty page.
Drops, impact, accidental damage, normal scratching from use, or improper install. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — full exclusion list is on the Warranty page.
Drops and impact aren't covered by the warranty, but we offer a discounted replacement program — write to support with photos and your order number.
Email hello@eyefly3d.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll ship a free replacement at our cost.
Three things to check: (1) Are you in landscape orientation? (2) Is the iPhone roughly arm's-length away? (3) Is the film perfectly aligned (no rotation)? If yes to all three, recalibrate the app and try again. If the issue persists, write to support with a short video.
Brighten your screen — auto-brightness can underexpose the lens layer. Recalibrate the app and try again.
Yes — anyone looking at your screen at the right distance and angle. The optics aren't biometric. Just rotate to landscape and the depth shows.
Yes, but the effect is most striking in normal indoor lighting where your screen brightness is around 60–80%. Direct sunlight washes it out — that's the screen, not the film.
