If it breaks, we'll fix it.

1. What we warrant

EyeFly3D (a Nanoveu brand, hereafter "we", "us", "our") warrants to the original retail purchaser ("you") that, under normal use and conditions, your EyeFly3D screen protector will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from eyefly3d.com or from a Nanoveu-authorised reseller.

2. Warranty period

This Limited Warranty extends for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase, as evidenced by the order confirmation email or store receipt. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

3. What we'll do

If a defect arises during the warranty period, and the claim is validly made under these terms, we will, at our option, either:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent specification; or
• Refund the original purchase price.

Replacement shipping costs to you are covered by us. We do not require return shipping at your cost; in most cases, photos will be sufficient.

4. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, drops, impact, fire, water, or other external causes;
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches arising from regular use;
• Damage resulting from improper installation, removal, or reapplication;
• Damage resulting from operation of the product outside its intended use, or in conjunction with non-compatible accessories;
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function;
• Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with;
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or via the second-hand market;
• Products without proof of purchase.

5. How to file a claim

To file a warranty claim, contact hello@eyefly3d.com within the warranty period and include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase;
• The iPhone model on which the EyeFly3D film is installed;
• A short description of the issue;
• 2–3 photographs clearly showing the issue.

We will assess your claim and respond within one business day where possible. Approved claims are typically resolved (replacement dispatched) within five business days.

6. Statutory consumer rights

This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. In particular, where applicable, nothing in this warranty limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, the EU Consumer Sales Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

7. Governing law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore, except where the laws of your country of residence apply mandatorily. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to your local consumer-protection rights.
