EyeFly3D Warranty
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Nanoveu Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “Customer”) of an EyeFly3D film product (“Product”). By using the Product, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty.
Our Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our EyeFly3D film. That’s why we offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies only to Products purchased directly from Nanoveu Pte Ltd or one of our authorized resellers.

What’s Covered
If your EyeFly3D film has an issue during the Warranty Period, we’ve got you covered. At our discretion, we will:
- Replace the film if it has a manufacturing defect — such as delamination, peeling, or haze that affects viewability.
- Replace the product if significant damage occurs during normal usage and it’s not caused by misuse.

What’s Not Covered
While we want you to love your EyeFly3D , the warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as small scratches or slight colour fading from everyday use
- Improper installation or handling, for example applying the film incorrectly or removing it roughly
- Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or intentional misuse
- Use with incompatible devices that the product is not designed for
- Extra costs like shipping, taxes, or fees when returning or replacing items
- Damages caused by any of the above issues, including indirect or side effects
- Using the product for purposes other than what it was made for
- Ignoring recommended instructions, such as installing or using the product against guidelines
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to accidents, theft, abuse, misuse, or improper care.
- Minor cosmetic wear from normal use (“wear and tear”).
- Shipping costs, insurance, duties, taxes, or import fees for returned or replacement items.
- Any damages (direct or indirect) from the use of the product, software, or documentation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Fill in and submit the claim form below.
- Make sure to:
- Use the same email address you registered with on the EyeFly3D app.
- Select the model of the item to be replaced.
- Provide your Order Number (found in your confirmation email after purchase).
- Have your proof of purchase ready — this is required for processing.
Claims without proof of purchase or with incorrect email/model details will not be processed.
Replacement Policy
- If the returned product is found defective, we will repair or replace it with the same or a comparable model at no cost for the item itself.
- A $10 USD shipping charge applies for all approved replacements.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects, but there are a few important limits to keep in mind:
- The warranty only covers the cost of replacing the product if it’s found to be defective.
- It doesn’t cover any other losses — like damage to your device, time, or other expenses related to the issue.
- The maximum amount we can refund or replace is the original purchase price of the product.
Other Terms
- This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Any replacement provided under this Warranty does not extend the original Warranty Period.
- We reserve the right to modify this Warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
